kites Festival Award UNPHU 2011. Design and production: Ricardo Brito. CG

The kites Festival 2011 was held on Sunday April 10, successfully. Again
UNPHU Architecture community support and gave support to this activity, which as I said Welcome Pantaleon, Director of the Festival, has become a brand UNPHU.
The creativity of the designs and the enthusiasm of the chichigueros set the tone for this family meeting that rescues one of the most popular traditions of Lent Easter in our country: the kites and all its derivatives "Cajon", "the Cod "and others, for example" Cappuccino "that yesterday shyly hand the joyous child appeared without anyone noticing in the field of sport UNPHU and should be included among the typologies of the Festival.
The design quality was impressive, the winning design of the free category, was a box - for its construction and tail-dimensional really is a true innovation in the art of kites, a blue and yellow object that could be called perfectly OVI (Identified Flying Object).
The jury of Oscar Imbert, Juan Carlos Gomez, Ylka Mendoza, Antonio Gear and Welcome Pantaleon enjoyed the creativity of the designs and found that the theory of Julio Sauri was not wrong ......
A great work done by the Architecture Alumni Committee. We must recognize the support provided by Berky Torres, Jesus Hernandez, Belkis Adams, Nancy Pool, the tireless Welcome Pantaleon and lka Mendoza, Mercedes Nunez, Maria Isabel Gonzalez Santoni, charge the graphics and the Dean of the Faculty of Architecture and Arts UNPHU, Omar Rancier, the Director of the School of Architecture and Urbanism, Joseph Costanzo, and especially of Mrs. Diana La Paix, Director of the School Design.
deserves a special section design and tailoring of the prizes awarded, designed by the architect Ricardo Brito and they are, and have been - it should be noted that Ricardo has provided prizes for the last three editions of the Festival- sculptural pieces of high quality design and a truly exquisite finish.
for me with my children enjoyed a full day of kites and fellowship. OR
